1. Acceptance of Terms

Pinapose is operated by context51.ai, located at Straitsa 2, 57001 THERMI, GREECE.

By accessing or using Pinapose, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Pinapose.

Pinapose is a virtual photo booth service that allows users to create events and provide guests with a fun and interactive way to capture memories. Event organizers can generate QR codes for their events, which guests can scan to access the virtual photo booth. Guests can take photos using their smartphones and upload them to Pinapose's cloud storage. During the event, event organizers can view and share uploaded photos in real time via a projector or video wall with other event guests and participants. Finally, event organizers can download the uploaded photos and store them for personal use.

3. Account Types

Pinapose supports three types of accounts:

Organizer: Organizers are users who create and manage events on Pinapose. Organizers can be either individuals (for personal events such as weddings or parties) or companies (for corporate events or professional services). Organizers can also form teams to collaborate on event management and share access to events. Organizers have full control over their events, including guest management, photo moderation, theming, and billing.
Guest: Guests are event attendees who access Pinapose through a QR code or event link provided by an Organizer. Guests can take photos, upload them to the event album, and add comments. Users can be Guests and Organizers at the same time.
Moderator: Moderators are Guests who have been granted elevated privileges by an Organizer. Moderators can review, approve, or reject photos and videos before they are displayed on the video wall or added to the event album.

4. Platform Components

Pinapose consists of two main components:

Pinapose Dashboard: A web-based management interface for Organizers. The Dashboard allows Organizers to create and configure events, manage guest lists, moderate uploaded content, customize event themes and branding, view analytics, and handle billing. Organizers access the Dashboard through a web browser after signing in with their account.
Pinapose App: A progressive web application (PWA) for Guests and Moderators. The App provides the photo booth experience, allowing users to capture photos and videos, upload them to the event album, and add comments. Guests access the App by scanning the event QR code or following the event link provided by the Organizer.

5. Photo Usage Policy

By uploading a photo to Pinapose, you grant the event organizer the following rights:

Display to Guests: The event organizer has the right to display your photo to other guests during the event. This may include projecting the photo on a screen or displaying it on a digital display.
Storage: The event organizer may store your photo for personal use. This means they can keep the photo as a souvenir or for their own records.

Please note:

You do not grant the event organizer the right to share your photo online or on social media.
The event organizer is responsible for ensuring that your photo is used in a respectful and appropriate manner.
If you have any concerns about how your photo is being used, please contact the event organizer directly.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use Pinapose in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any content you upload or share through Pinapose. You agree not to:

Upload or share any content that is offensive, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or illegal.
Impersonate any person or entity.
Use Pinapose for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
Attempt to interfere with the operation of Pinapose or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

7. Intellectual Property

Pinapose and its content, including but not limited to the software, design, and logos, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any part of Pinapose without our prior written consent.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Pinapose, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Payments and Billing

Pinapose offers paid services based on the number of guests at your event. All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes.

Pricing: The cost is calculated per guest above the free tier (first 5 guests are free). Current pricing is available on our website.
Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard).
Billing: You will be charged when you activate your event. A receipt or invoice will be sent to your registered email address.
Refunds: Due to the instant-access nature of our digital service, no refunds are provided after an event has been activated. For pre-event cancellations, approved refunds will be up to 95% of the paid amount due to non-recoverable transaction processing fees. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Pinapose is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that Pinapose will be error-free or uninterrupted. Your use of Pinapose is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of Pinapose.

12. Amendments

We may modify these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of Pinapose after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.
