1. Digital Service

Pinapose is a digital service that provides instant access to virtual photo booth features upon event activation. When you purchase a Pinapose event, you gain immediate access to all features included in your selected plan.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the instant-access nature of our digital service:

  • No refunds are provided after an event has been activated
  • Once payment is processed and access is granted, the purchase is final
  • This policy applies to all pricing plans (Free, Standard, and Partner)

3. Pre-Event Cancellation

If you need to cancel before your event starts:

  • Contact us at support@context51.ai before your event date
  • We will review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis
  • Approved refunds will be up to 95% of the paid amount due to non-recoverable transaction processing fees

4. Billing Disputes

If you believe there has been an error with your billing:

  • Contact us immediately at support@context51.ai
  • Include your event details and order information
  • We will investigate and respond within 3 business days

5. Exceptions

We may consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Technical issues on our end that prevented service delivery
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Events cancelled due to force majeure (with appropriate documentation)
